Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
- Worn, damaged, or altered items.
- Personalized/customized caps.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
