Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items.
  • Personalized/customized caps.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
